CANCELATION POLICY

PLAVA LAGUNA HOTELS

The reservation can be cancelled up to 60 days before the agreed arrival of the group without the
obligation to pay compensation for the resulting damage.
The guest list with the exact number of persons and room structure has to be submitted no later than 14
days before the arrival of the group.
In the event that of reservation cancelations within the notice period or in case of non-arrival of the
guests, Plava Laguna is obliged to compensate the costs incurred according to the following:
5 – 1 day or non-arrival of the guest (NO SHOW) the guest will pay 100% the service they booked
6 – 13 days the guest will pay 75% the service they booked
14 – 19 days the guest will pay 50% the service they booked
20 – 65 days the guest will pay 25% the service they booked
Cancellation compensation is calculated as a percentage (%) of the total value of contracted
accommodation services.

VALAMAR HOTELS

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. In case of cancellation, Valamar reserves the right to charge
the amount of compensation as follows:
a) Cancellation of the reservation for the entire group:
Up to 50 days before arrival – no charge
49 – 25 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
24 – 14 days before arrival 70% of the total amount
13 or less days before arrival 90% of the total amount
b) Cancellation or no-show of individual accommodation units:
14 days before arrival: VALAMAR RIVIERA will not charge cancellation fees for up to 10% of the total
agreed capacity. The capacity cancelled beyond this percentage will be charged in full.
13 to 8 days before arrival: VALAMAR RIVIERA will not charge cancellation fees for up to 5% of the total
agreed capacity. The capacity cancelled beyond this percentage will be charged in full.
7 or fewer days before arrival: The cancelled capacity will be charged in full.
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total value of the reserved services. In the case of a
NO SHOW, VALAMAR RIVIERA reserves the right to charge the full amount.
